A Tunisian man was arrested for raping an American minor tourist who was walking with her parents on the Champs Élysées in the 8th arrondissement of Paris last night, a police source said. Around 11:50 p.m., the suspect, Ahmed O., born in Tunisia in 2005, slipped his hand under the skirt of the victim, born in 2007, trying to put a finger in her anus. He was taken into custody (his immigration status is unknown). The young victim, extremely shocked, filed a police complaint.
